In a week of big stories last week in hockey, the resignation of Calgary Flames Coach Bill Peters was among the biggest.
Peters resigned late last week from the NHL Flames after an incident of inappropriate language with harsh racial overtones between Peters and former NHL'er Akim Aliu came to light.
Aliu related via Twitter that Peters had used the language when he coached Aliu in the American Hockey League at Rockford, which was an affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks.
Owen Sound native is the host of The Flames on Sportsnet and he spoke to Fred Wallace about the incident and the aftermath.
Leslie was asked whether the best place to start the discussion was at the beginning or the conclusion of the incident.
