The coffee is brewing and the doors are now open at Hanover's newest Tim Hortons located on the south west end of Town.
Despite construction delays last Fall and a few setbacks this Summer, second generation and first time Tim Hortons owner Corrina Allen is thrilled that her long awaited  dream of building and owning a Tim Hortons has come to fruition.
For the last ten years Allen has been managing her parents Tim Hortons restaurant on the other side of Hanover and she is currently in the process of purchasing itl.
As for this her very first Tim Hortons, she couldn't be prouder calling the building beautiful, the staff eager and the atmosphere inviting.
The 27 hundred square foot restaurant boasts 36 seats and a drive through.
The new coffee shop comes with new employment opportunities.
Allen has hired 40 new employees to date and plans to hire an additional 15 staff members in the coming weeks.
She is very pleased with how this week's soft opening is going saying staff are getting a chance to get their feet wet and better familiarize themselves with the new restaurant.
A special grand opening celebration will take place on Monday October 21st.
As for the location of her new restaurant, Allen couldn't be happier.
The Tim Hortons is located directly across from the Hanover Racetrack, near the P&H Centre, the Casino, Food Basics and the Hospital.
Locals are hopeful the second location will mean shorter line ups at both locations, with many saying Hanover can easily support two Tim Hortons.
Allen says she is very grateful to the Town and the community for providing her with so much support and patience on this new venture.
