A prominent piece of real estate at Sauble Beach has been sold.
The Knights Inn motel, a highly visible accommodation facility on Sauble Falls Parkway right at the lights on Main Street has been purchased by April Brown & Sarah Sklash.
Brown and Sklash have experience in the industry as they operate The June Motel, described as a hip, boutique motel located in Picton, Ontario.
Sarah Sklash admits she has an ” addiction ” for searching for commercial properties online and came across The Knights Inn listing.
So intrigued were Sklash & Brown, they decided to check into the Knights Inn last summer and relate they fell in love with the vibe of a Summer day at Sauble Beach.
For 2019, the venue will operate as previously as ” The Knights Inn “, allowing the pair to get a solid feel for the community they are operating in.
The Inn will close in September for upgrades, renovations and re-branding.
For the long term, April Brown anticipates they can upgrade the ” guest experience ” with some simple touches, relating many fabulous features and attractions, including the pool, are already in place.
The price of the sale was not disclosed by Brown and Sklash but they did state that it was a ” good deal “.
