A Saugeen First Nation man is facing charges after registering almost three times the legal limit of blood alcohol.
On Saturday night, Provincial Police responded to a report of a car in the ditch, along Bruce County Road 13 near Pashwood Drive in Saugeen First Nation #29.
Police say the driver showed signs of possible alcohol consumption and when tested, the driver registered a fail on the breathalyzer.
Police then found a small baggie containing a white power, a substance police believed to be cocaine.
A 25-year-old man is charged with Driving Over 80 (mg/100ml blood) and possession of Cocaine (Schedule 1 Substance).
He is due to appear in Court at the end of February
