A Wellington county man is recovering in hospital after suffering serious burns in his home.
OPP were called just before 6:30 Thursday morning to a home on the 16th Line of Minto between Mount Forest and Harriston.
The man was trying to start a corn stove when a flashback occurred, setting the victim on fire.
He ran out of the home and rolled in snow to put out the fire, and then left.
Wellington county OPP say the victim was found and taken to a local hospital before being air lifted to Hamilton General Hospital.
He is in stable condition.
The Office of the Fire Marshal has been contacted.
