Good Life Fitness members will soon have access to a brand new 15,000 square foot 24-7 Neighbourhood Club in Owen Sound’s Heritage Place Mall.
In January, the new club will open, offering Cardio and strength training equipment, a free weight area, a TurfZone and Virtual Group Fitness and Cycling classes.
Members will also have access to private showers, change rooms and tanning beds.
Stephanie Backer, the Director of New Club Openings for Good Life says the new club at the Heritage Place Mall is an ideal spot for residents to get their workouts in.
