Is there anything better than a good mascot fiasco ?
The New York Mets struggled out of the gate this year and the beleaguered Major League club also had to deal with a mascot scandal when Mr Met, who only HAS 3 fingers, flipped one of them at a fan.
The person in the costume no longer gets to be Mr Met…..
All of which reminded me of one of the great incidents involving the Owen Sound Attack mascot, Cubby.
