The Grey Bruce health unit is again asking for your help, in tracking down the owner of a dog involved in a biting incident, this time in Wiarton.
It happened Wednesday about 5:15 in the evening.
A woman was bitten by a dog at the Wiarton dog park.
The dog is described as a dark coloured terrier mix with a curly coat.
It was with a man and a woman who also had two other dogs with them at the time, a white lab and a small puppy.
Staff of the Grey Bruce Health Unit need to confirm the dog is not infectious with rabies.
By verifying the health of the dog, the victim can avoid receiving the post-exposure rabies treatment.
If you have any information related to this incident, please contact the Grey Bruce Health Unit at 519-376-9420.
