The Grey County OPP are collecting groceries for local food banks.
They’re holding a Stuff The Cruiser event on Thursday at the Markdale Foodland, at 180 Toronto Street South.
It begins at 11 AM and goes until 3 PM, with the food collected for the Flesherton and Community Food Bank.
At times throughout the year, supplies are down and the food bank shelves need replenishing to meet the demand.
Grey County OPP hope residents with help them meet this demand by stuffing a cruiser with non-perishable food items, including cereals, oatmeal, peanut butter, juice, and school snacks.
