A doctor who used to practise in Thornbury is facing allegations of assaulting patients and unprofessional conduct.
Dr. Reza Yaghini is scheduled for two disciplinary hearings with The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. The documents on the College website says Yaghini is alleged to have made sexual remarks to and kissed or tried to kiss a patient at Grey Bruce Health Services and at a clinic in Thornbury in April 2012. The hearing on those allegations is next week in Toronto.
Yaghini is also accused of dishonourable or unprofessional conduct for accessing health records of people who were not his patients – the hearing on that is in September.
