A dozen Bruce County residents are splitting $1-million after winning a Lotto Max MaxMillions prize.
The ticket is from the December 25th draw.
There are four people are from Walkerton, three reside in Hanover, two people are from Chesley, and the remaining three individuals are from the communities of Mildmay, Port Elgin and Southampton — and each will share more than $80,000.
The winning ticket was purchased at Mac’s store along 10th Street in Hanover.
Since its launch in September 2009, Ontario LOTTO MAX players have won more then $2.4-billion, including 43 jackpot wins and 289 MaxMillion prizes.
