A busy long weekend is in front of us and a busy sequence for lacrosse is also set to commence tonight at the Harry Lumley-Bayshore Community Centre.
A weekend of Junior B & Senior Lacrosse opens this evening with the Garb & Gear-Coldwell Banker NorthStars hosting Orangeville.
There’s no doubt this will be a huge challenge for the Junior NorthStars as Orangeville leads the Midwest Division and has been a power for most of the last decade.
Game time tonight is 8 pm.
Tonight though is merely a warm up for Saturday when the action runs all day at the Lum.
The Owen Sound Senior NorthStars play their home opener Saturday AFTERNOON at 2 pm when they host Brooklin.
Ladies, keep in mind, the NorthStars will deliver a nice carnation to every lady at the game.
Then, once the Seniors have finished Saturday afternoon, the Junior NorthStars return at 7 pm for a game against the Point Edward Pacers.
Here comes the Victoria Day Long Weekend and the Junior & Senior NorthStars
