After four generations, Legates Fine Furniture in Owen Sound is going out of business.
The store’s President and owner Kevin Legate was unavailable for comment.
Legate’s great Grandfather, William Legate, opened the business back in 1914.
The store remains temporarily closed until a liquidation sale, that is advertised to begin on Thursday.
Signs on the windows of the Furniture store shows sales of up to 70 per cent off.
Legates is expected to stay open until the inventory is gone.
