It’s the end of the line for the first Canadian Bachelor.
Tim Warmels has announced on his blog that he and April Brockman have ended their engagement.
Brockman — who was raised in Wasaga Beach — was the surprise winner at the end of the ten-week reality show designed to find Warmels a wife.
In November, the two said they had plans to marry this fall.
On the blog posted Friday, Warmels said their decision to call off the wedding comes even though the couple loves each other very much.
