Happy Halloween.
Hope everyone has a fun day & night with the festivities.
My costume this year will be to wear an Attack jersey and call myself Petrus Polycephaly.
Who ?
Well, Petrus, after Petrus Palmu who has quickly become a fan favorite in Owen Sound.
And Polycephaly from the Greek translation meaning multiple heads.
Now Petrus Palmu doesn’t have multiple heads, but the Attack sure do when it comes to the goal crease.
By age; Brandon Hope, Jack Flinn & Michael McNiven.
Obviously, that’s one too many.
Obviously, the Attack understand this and if conditions were right this may have been looked after long ago.
There are three dilemmas creeping in, like a horror show, as we hit Halloween.
One, a quarter of the teams in the OHL have already made goaltending transactions.
Two, the Attack only play once this week.
And three, as in the 3 goalies, they all posted wins last week; Hope over Barrie, Flinn in a shootout at Kitchener & McNiven in the shootout at home against Guelph.
The haunting question is, who do you start tomorrow ?
Maybe since it’s Halloween Weekend, home of bizarre events, the Attack will let each netminder play one period Saturday against the Rangers
I’m Petrus Polycephaly
