It’s another day of road closures and school bus cancellations around the region.
Snowsqualls of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay forced education officials to close schools in Grey and Bruce County and cancel all school buses in the two Counties — forcing thousands of students to stay at home for a third day this week.
High school students have had exams postponed for a third straight day due to the snowstorm.
Hundreds of businesses and doctor’s offices have been closed.
Hundreds of more meetings and sporting events have been cancelled, and the OHL game in Owen Sound between the Attack and the Guelph Storm has been postponed.
It will now be rescheduled to Monday, February 24th.
A state of emergency has also been declared in Dufferin County due to the weather conditions.

The OPP in Grey and Bruce County are urging motorists not to travel tonight.
In Owen Sound, Police have closed 8th Street East from 9th Avenue to 28th Avenue, which is in front of the hospital in Owen Sound.
Moore’s Hill is also said to be in rough shape.
In Meaford, rural plows have been taken off of the road.
The MTO is reporting the following road closures
Highway 21 is closed from Southampton to Highway 9 at Kincardine and further south from Amberley to Goderich
Highway 9 is also closed from Kincardine to Walkerton
Highway 6 is closed from Wiarton to Ferndale
Highway 10 is closed from Dundalk to Shelburne
All Bruce County Roads are open with the exception of these roads:
Bruce Road 86 from Lucknow to Highway 21
Bruce Road 15 from Glammis to Highway 21
Bruce Road 6 from Bruce Road 1 to Highway 21
The only roadway on the Bruce Peninsula which is still closed is the section of Highway 6 between Wiarton and Ferndale.
In Saugeen Shores, the townline is closed from Highway 21 to Sideroad 33/34
In Saugeen Shores, concession 2 between Sideroad 18/19 and 28/29 is closed
Huron County Road 4 is also closed from Wingham to the Bruce County boundary
In Grey County, the OPP are urging all motorists to stay off the roads and the following roads are closed.
Grey Road 8 is closed from Grey Road 9 south to Highway 89
Grey Road 9 is closed from Highway 6 to Grey Road 2
Grey Road 2 from the Osprey-Blue Mountain Townline south to the Melanchthon Osprey Townline
Grey Road 112 from Highway 26 north to Sideroad 22 now closed
Grey Road 124 from Singhampton south is closed
Grey Road 40 from Highway 10 to the Euphrasia Holland Townline
Grey Road 16 from the Grey Bruce Line to Highway 6 and 10,
Grey Road 3 from Highway 21 to the Bentinck-Sullivan Townline,
Grey Road 17, Grey Road 17A, Grey Road 17B, Grey Road 170, Grey Road 1 Paisley to County Road 20, as well as County Road 20 from County Road 1 to Highway 21.
Grey Road 15 from the Owen Sound limits to Highway 26,
Grey Road 5 from the Owen Sound limits to the Grey Bruce Line,
Grey Road 40 from the Grey Bruce Line to Highway 6
Grey Road 18 from Grey Road 29 to Highway 21

Grey Road 12 from Markdale to Meaford
Grey Road 7 from Kimberley to Meaford
Not all closed roads will have a physical barricade in place, but motorists are asked to respect the closures and avoid these roads.
GREY COUNTY CONDITIONS
Owen Sound, Chatsworth & surrounding areas — snow covered to snow packed with moderate to heavy drifting, strong west winds and visibility is fair to poor to nil.
Meaford, Thornbury & surrounding areas — snow covered to snow packed with moderate to heavy drifting, strong west winds and visibility is fair to poor to nil.
Durham, Hanover & surrounding areas — snow packed with track bare and centre bare sections, heavy winds, heavy drifting and visibility is fair to poor to nil.
Dundalk, Flesherton & surrounding areas — snow packed with heavy drifting and strong winds causing poor visibility. There is a snow blowing operation on County Road 12.
BRUCE COUNTY CONDITIONS
Roads in the Walkerton, Mildmay area — are snow covered to snow packed with heavy drifting, moderate squalls, and visibility is poor.
Roads in the Kincardine, Lucknow, Teeswater area — are snow packed with very heavily drifted sections and a strong southwest wind, squalls and blowing snow, and visibility is poor to nil.
Roads in the Paisley, Port Elgin, Chesley, Tara & surrounding areas — are snow packed with heavy drifting and blowing snow, and visibility is poor.
Roads in the Wiarton, Southampton, Sauble Beach, Lion’s Head & surrounding areas — are snow covered with a light wind, and visibility is good.
