The weather conditions have cancelled more garbage collections today in our area.
Georgian Bluffs Garbage Collection is cancelled and not rescheduled.
Recycling pickup in Georgian Bluffs has been rescheduled to Friday.
Garbage collection in Chatsworth on Wednesday was also cancelled.
All Wednesday and Thursday collections for Bruce Area Solid Waste Recycling will be grabbed on the next scheduled collection day for a number of areas.
Sections 2,3,4,5 and 6 for Huron Kinloss are cancelled, as well as Tuesday garbage and recycling for Kincardine Ward 1 and Wednesday garbage collection for Ward 1.
Saugeen Shores garbage and recycling and Mildmay recycling are cancelled as well.
In Saugeen Shores, Garbage and blue boxes will be collected on the next regularly scheduled day.
In Goderich, Town Secretary Barb MacKenzie tells Bayshore Broadcasting News garbage pickup has been cancelled for Wednesday.
Instead, trash for the entire town of Goderich will be picked up this Friday.
MacKenzie says your waste must be at the curb by 7 AM, as trash not out by that hour could be missed until the next pickup day.
Recycling scheduled for Wednesday will now be picked up on Saturday.
Despite the inclement weather, today’s Garbage and Blue Box collection for the Wednesday East Side and Downtown routes in Owen Sound will proceed as scheduled.
This includes the weekly Downtown Cardboard pick-up.
The routes may take a little longer to complete than usual.
