It’s decision time for Owen Sound athlete Jason Crone. Maybe not this second, but certainly in the short term.
Crone is back in Owen Sound, holding a silver medal he won as a member of Canada’s Wheelchair Rugby team at the Paralympic Games in London, England.
The Canadian team advanced to the Championship game, but lost the Gold medal Final to Australia 66-51.
In 2008, Crone was a Bronze Medal winner, now, four years later, he has a silver.
So the obvious question; the question he says he’s being peppered with on an hourly basis, is ‘ will you stay with it and go for a Gold in 2016 ? ‘

Yes, Jason Crone wants a Gold Medal, yet he’s not sure that he’s prepared at this moment to make a 4 year commitment to chase it again.
A decision, according to Jason Crone, won’t be made until early next year.
Stay tuned.
