Hundreds of people will remember one of the founders of Owen Sound Ledgerock.
Harold Stobbe passed away on Tuesday at the age of 84.
The news comes four months after the death of his brother Ralph — both of whom worked to establish Ledgerock in 1958.
Harold Stobbe was President of the company for more than 30 years before his son Tom took over the position.
The limestone extraction and stone cutting company has grown significantly and is now one of the largest industries in the Owen Sound area with almost 200 employees.
Visitation for Harold Stobbe will be held Friday from 2 PM to 4 PM and from 7 PM to 9 PM at the Breckenridge Ashcroft Funeral Home in Owen Sound.
A funeral service is scheduled for 11 AM on Saturday at the Shallow Lake United Church.
