Two Collingwood residents have won big in the 2012 Canadian Red Cross Lottery.
Patricia Adams ticket was pulled as the Canada Day Extravaganza winner of 100 thousand dollars.
And on July 11th, Carl Joss ticket was pulled as one of the Wheels Wednesdays winners.
Joss has opted for 33 thousand dollars cash in lieu of the car.
Canadian Red Cross Volunteer Jean Cooke will present cheques to both winners this Friday at 1 PM at the Sunset Manor in Collingwood.
Officials are a little more than half way through drawing the winners for 2012.
This year, the Canadian Red Cross Lottery is giving away more than four thousand prizes including cars, cash, dream vacations, electronics, grocery and gas gift cards.
Red Cross Lottery ticket purchases support Canadian Red Cross programs and services in communities across the Province of Ontario including meals on wheels, seniors transportation, and violence and abuse prevention programs.
