It’s a big weekend for Baywest Nissan on the Sunset Strip near Owen Sound.
General Manager Shawn Ringel says they are delighted to hold a grand opening celebration for their new showroom.
He says after operating for the past two years out of a much smaller space next door, it’s a breath of fresh air to have space to display the products properly.
Ringel says the 14-thousand square foot facility provides plenty of room for products and service.
He says it’s state-of-the-art and beautiful.
As for vehicle sales in the region, he says it’s been great.
Ringel says the number of people coming in to see the new building since it was ready in December has doubled.
This weekend, Baywest Nissan will hold a customer appreciation event, starting Friday and continuing through Sunday.
Ringel says they will have employee pricing, and give a free iPod with every car purchase this weekend.
And he says everybody is invited to their family fun event on Saturday from 11 AM until 2 PM.
They’ll have a BBQ, bouncy castles, pony rides, and a magician.
