The Owen Sound Drive-In theatre has a new owner.
Pickard Construction has bought the site for an undisclosed amount.
Owner Maurice Pickard confirms with Bayshore Broadcasting News that a deal is in place, and will close at the end of February.
Pickard tells us the Drive-In will continue to run under the current operators, so the theatre will not be shutting down.
He says his company just needed more space for their construction yard.
Pickard says they’ll just clear the brush out that is in the back of the lot, and use that space.
