The three people killed in a two vehicle crash on Highway 6 south of Shallow Lake, northwest of Owen Sound, were all visiting the region.
Grey County OPP have confirmed the identities of the victims after a southbound Nissan hit a northbound Toyota around 10:30 AM Sunday.
The driver of the Toyota — 18 year old Mark Blake and his mother 52 year old Maureen Blake, of Hamilton — were killed.
A passenger in the Nissan — 19 year old Daniel Caldwell of Bowmanville — also died.
The driver of the Nissan — 20 year old Kiefer Stevens of Brooklin — remains in the Owen Sound hospital with serious but non life threatening injuries.
OPP Technical Crash Investigators are still reviewing the crash information.
But Police are still asking for witnesses or anyone with information about the crash to call the OPP or Crime Stoppers.
The crash forced Police to close the highway for more than five hours on Sunday.
