The Crown has withdrawn charges against a woman who was arrested for stealing drugs from the Kincardine hospital.
47 year old Deanna Lachlan was charged with theft after a quantity of drugs were stolen from the pharmacy at the hospital where she worked.
But this week, the Crown withdrew charges after Lachlan reportedly completed an alternative justice program and received counselling.
An investigation started in December after an audit found about one thousand pills including oxycontin and percocets were missing.
The South Bruce Grey Health Centre has since changed its pharmacy policies, changed the locks and the number of keys to the facility.
