The Southampton branch of the CIBC is doing its part to fight Breast Cancer.
The bank will be hosting a “Yard Sale for the Cure” along with Krista Gill of RE/Max Southampton.
Bank Manager Ed Buckle says the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation has put on yard sales in communities across the country for the past six years, but this will be the first time Southampton has one.
The Southampton yard sale will be held Saturday May 29th from 8 AM until Noon in the CIBC parking lot.
Rotary will also be on hand, providing a barbecue.
Buckle says all residents are welcome to come out and help support the cause.
You can even donate items for the yard sale, by dropping them off at the bank Thursday or Friday during business hours.
Last year, 340 yard sales raised more than 275 thousand dollars for breast cancer research.
