Meaford Hall will soon have its exterior sign.
The Ontario Trillium Foundation has granted 20 thousand dollars to Council for the sign, which will face Sykes Street.
Meaford Councillor Jim McPherson feels the sign is needed as many people need directions on how to find Meaford Hall.
In fact — McPherson says many people just think the building is the town hall, and not Meaford Hall.
The cost of the sign is around 30 thousand dollars.
Council will cover the other 10 thousand dollar cost.
