One of the nine suspects charged in a drug trafficking ring that reached Owen Sound is going to spend some time behind bars.
24 year old Adam Bellar of Kitchener pleaded guilty to drug trafficking and possession charges and was sentenced to six years in prison.
He was one of nine people charged in April after Police raided two homes in Owen Sound, two in Kitchener and one in Toronto.
Police seized 76 thousand dollars worth of marijuana, cocaine, ecstasy and magic mushrooms destined for the streets of Owen Sound and Grey Bruce.
Charges against a 26 year old Kitchener woman were withdrawn.
But the seven other suspects arrested in the case have pending court dates.
