A teenager from the Orangeville area is facing charges after rolling his vehicle in Grey Highlands.
Grey County OPP say the rollover happened just before 2:30 PM Sunday on Grey Road 4 southeast of Feversham.
All 5 people in the vehicle, including the driver, were taken to hospital – 3 to the Collingwood hospital and the other 2 to the Owen Sound hospital.
All were treated and released with the exception of a 17 year old male passenger who was airlifted to Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto where he remains in serious but stable condition.
Police say their investigation into the crash revealed that a bag of marijuana had been hidden in a nearby road culvert – it was located and seized by officers on the scene.
An 18 year old man from East Garafraxa Township has been charged with three counts of the Criminal Code offence of Dangerous Driving Cause Bodily Harm.
He’s also been charged with one count of Possession for the Purpose under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
He is scheduled to appear in Owen Sound court on June 24th.
