More awards for the Bayshore Broadcasting News Centre.
We won two awards at this year’s Central Region meeting for the RTNDA — Radio and Television News Directors Association.
For the fourth year in a row, Bayshore Broadcasting won the Byron MacGregor Award for Best Small Market Newscast for its coverage of the Chapman’s Ice Cream fire in Markdale.
Bayshore Broadcasting also won the Dave Rogers Award for Long Feature done in a Small Market for Catherine Thompson’s piece on auctions.
Both awards will now be judged for National honours that will be awarded in Edmonton in June.
