Constructon work on the bridge just outside of Port Elgin on Bruce County Road 17 has been delayed.
The bridge was to be closed this week.
But the rainy weather has held up the contractor.
Instead, the bridge will be closed to traffic on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of next week — the 17th to the 19th.
