The Billy Bishop Home and Museum is holding a Volunteer Fair and open house on Saturday from 12 Noon to 4 PM.
There are many positions available at the museum to suit everyone’s skills and interests.
Volunteers who can get involved once a week, a few times a month, or whatever you can give willl contribute will be welcomed.
Some positions they are looking for are:
Museum receptionists who meet and greet visitors from around the world.
Gardeners to help out with the gardens around the Billy Bishop Museum.
Costume Sewers to replicate historical fashions.
Volunteers with a creative, fun personality can assist in the childrens program which would include dressing up in Victorian costumes for visitors enjoying lunch at the boyhood home of Billy Bishop.
