Hanover will soon have a new car dealership.
The Honda dealership currently located in West Grey on the north end of Hanover will relocate to the town’s south end of 7th Avenue near the water tower and hospital.
The town recently approved the site plan for the 13 thousand square foot building.
The dealership building be will larger and there will be more space for vehicles.
The dealership will also boast a larger shop area as well as more offices.
Mayor Kathi Maskell says the project is exciting since it means more growth in Hanover.
Construction on the new dealership begins this summer –and the entire project should be complete by next March.
Before construction can begin a house, barn and shed on the property must first be demolished.
