The 30 year old driver of a vehicle involved in a crash in Port Elgin last month now faces charges.
Saugeen Shores Police say following their investigation – Lucas Johnston has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing death.
He’s also been charged with driving a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood causing death, and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death.
Johnston was driving the vehicle that crashed into a tree on Arlington and Mill Streets resulting in the death of his 30 year old passenger, Stuart Clark.
Johnston will appear in Walkerton Court on June 14th, 2010.
