OPP in Collingwood are looking into possible cases of debit card fraud.
Police have received five complaints about cards being used without the owner’s knowledge.
Fraudsters apparently made withdrawls using copied bank cards.
The withdrawls were made out of town in places the victims never went to.
Police believe skimming devices were installed at unknown places around Collingwood.
Officers remind you to make sure the ATM or swipe device you’re using hasn’t been tampered with and always try to hide the PIN pad when entering your number.
