More growth for Bruce Agra – which has a subsidiary operation — Bruce Agra Dehy — in Tiverton.
President Hana Ayyad says they recently purchased the Anderson Corporation Building in Centralia, Ontario.
Ayyad says they will lease 155 thousand square feet of the 330 thousand square foot building back to Anderson owned Dashwood Industries and move into the rest.
Dashwood will continue to operate its windows and doors operation out of the building – following a downsize.
He says Bruce Agra will move its marketing department to Centralia.
In Tiverton, the company manufactures cubed forage products for export.
The cubes will be packaged, bagged and stored at the Centralia location.
Ayyad expects to expand staff in that department as well – creating up to 50 employment opportunities eventually.
Details of the funds exchanged are not being disclosed.
