The North Port Elementary Cougars are holding a fundraising event for recovery efforts in Haiti.
The students are holding a used spring sports and media swap on Saturday.
Items for sale include but are not limited to fitness equipment, baseball and football gear, rollerblades, and movies and CD’s.
Gear can be dropped off Friday between 5 PM and 9 PM at the old Port Elgin Arena and at the Missionary Church.
Money and/or unsold items can be collected after the swap, less a small consignment fee from 1 PM to 4 PM.
Consignment fees collected will benefit Haitian Relief Efforts.
The sale runs tomorrow from 8 AM to 1 PM at the old Port Elgin arena.
