The second annual battle of the bands at Peninsula Shores District School takes place tonight.
The event will feature bands from across the region beginning at 6:30 PM at the Performing Arts Centre.
The bands will battle for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes and it includes studio recording time and musical equipment.
There will be a panel of judges — graduates of the Wiarton High school — as well as an audience vote.
The objective of the event is to bring youth together and to encourage a love of music.
