Provincial Police have now released the name of the person found dead in front of the Chesley Post office.
The victim has been identified as 20-yearold April Rose Ibbotson of Chesley.
Bruce County Paramedics attended and tried to resuscitate the woman early Monday morning.
Ibbotson was transported to the South Bruce Grey Health Centre in Chesley where she was pronounced dead.
The investigation on this incident continues with the assistance of the Ontario Provincial Police Criminal Investigation Branch.
