Tarion Warranty Corporation has announced the 2010 Awards of Excellence to the top new home builders in Ontario.
The awards are based on customer service performance as determined by builders’ own customers.
Clancy Builders of Leith was the winner in the Small Volume Category.

To determine the award recipients, a survey was sent to more than 38 thousand new home buyers who took possession of a new home in Ontario between October of 2008 and September of 2009.
Every stage of the after-sales homeowner-builder relationship was examined in the survey: from the signing of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, through construction and the pre-delivery period, to after-sales service.
Clancy confirms Clancy Builders strives to maintain excellence in service from start to finish in the home buying & home building process.
More than nine thousand responses were received and the results were tabulated by Harris/Decima and Crunch Research.
Tim Clancy believes the honor may give the company an additional boost in 2010 which he believes is shaping up to be a good year for home builders in Grey and Bruce.
