A man is in hospital in Collingwood after a house fire in Wasaga Beach.
Huronia West OPP Constable Mark Kinney says the fire started at a house on River Road West just before Noon today.
The Wasaga Beach Fire Department says the fire was contained to one room, and there was very little damage to the house.
No word yet on the condition of the man in hospital.
