After a number of delays, the new Collingwood library will be officially unveiled to the public in May.
The grand opening is set for Thursday, May 27th at Noon.
There is still some work to do inside the new building on Ste. Marie Street and the collections will need to be transferred from the current library.
Delays were caused by bad weather last Winter.
The entire project is estimated to cost over 7 million dollars.
