A big meeting for Hydro One before the Ontario Energy Board.
Officials are looking to get permission to begin expropriation proceedings for land in the proposed multi million dollar Bruce to Milton high voltage transmission line.
Spokesperson Danielle Gauvin says they will present their case on Friday.
Gauvin says out of the 350 landowners they’ve talked and negotiated with, just over 100 have not agreed to a deal or want to go the expropriation route.
She says negotiations will continue until the OEB hearing.
Gauvin says on those portions of the land where they’ve reached deals, primarily in the north end, constructions is expected to start in early May.
