A second drug conviction for a Grey County man.
55 year old Wayne Shea pleaded guilty to drug production and was sentenced to 7 months in jail.
He was also credited with 76 days of pre-sentence custody and is banned from owning a firearm for life.
Shea and his father were charged in June after the OPP found an outdoor marijuana grow operation in Southgate.
The charges against Gordon Shea were dropped.
Wayne Shea also received a 6 month sentence in July 2008 after pleading guilty then to drug production charges.
