The second suspect charged in connection with a murder in Wingham is from southern Bruce County.
The OPP’s Criminal Investigation Branch and Wingham Police have charged 26 year old Ronald Ward of Culross Township with second degree murder.
Police have also charged 25 year old Chris Ward of the Wingham area of second degree murder.
Both men will appear in Goderich court by video link on Tuesday.
They are charged in the death of 22 year old Scott Hayes of Wingham.
His body was found in a parking lot just off Wingham’s main street on Friday night
