The OPP now say a man whose body was found in a Wingham parking lot on Friday was murdered.
The OPP Criminal Investigation Branch and Wingham Police have identified the victim as 22 year-old Scott Hayes of Wingham.
A Wingham-area man — 25 year-old Chris Ward — is charged with second-degree murder in connection with Hayes’ death.
Police say an unidentified 26 year-old Wingham-area man will be formally charged tomorrow.
Police say an autopsy continues in an effort to establish the exact cause if Hayes’ death.
