Owen Sound Police eventually got their man.
Police officers stopped a vehicle Tuesday as the male driver was known to be a suspended driver.
But Police say as the officers were issuing a court summons — the driver sped away from the scene.
Owen Sound Police called off the pursuit through the north eastside of the City due to concern for public safety.
But the OPP and City Police later located the suspect at a home.
The man now faces numerous charges including dangerous driving, flight from police and driving while under suspension.
