The Penetanguishene man who shot himself in a suspected murder-suicide in Midland has died in hospital.
There are reports 20 year old Jacob Ferrier died at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto on Wednesday.
20 year old Stephanie Hoddinott was found last Sunday at an Irwin Street home.
She had been shot in the head and died in the hospital.
Ferrier was found in a vehicle on Bayshore Drive and a semiautomatic handgun was seized from the car.
He had been taken to the hospital and then charged with first degree murder.
Police continue their investigation.
