A Grey Highlands man is facing a charge of attempting to solicit a minor.
Grey County OPP say the alleged incident happened in the Markdale Public Library on the afternoon of December 12th.
Police say a 16 year old girl was approached by a man who offered her a large sum of money in exchange for a sex act.
Police say the man was persistent but eventually gave up his advances and left the building.
A 36 year old man has now been charged with Prostitution of a Person Under
Eighteen.
He is scheduled to appear in Owen Sound court on February 18th.
