A Tara man and a woman from Desboro have been fined after being convicted under the Farm Products and Sales Act.
The charges came about after an investigation by the Ministry of Natural Resources at the Keady market back in June.
Carl Spencer was charged after one of the samples of his Maple Syrup was found to be improperly bottled.
He was fined 350 dollars.
Meanwhile Laura Schultz pleaded guilty after refusing to allow an inspector collect maple syrup samples for quality assurance testing.
She was fined 195 dollars.
