The Bruce Children are Special Foundation says thank you to everyone who helped make their recent Christmas programs a success.
47 families were adopted through the Adopt A Family program.
290 Christmas Hampers were also given out — meaning 437 children had a gift waiting for them under the tree on Christmas morning.
Along with the Christmas programs, Bruce Children are Special ran a Heat and Hydro program.
With the help of the United Way of Bruce-Grey, 13 families are getting help with their heat and hydro bills this winter.
The foundation looks forward to continuing to support those in need in 2010.
